Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Another Day

Another day another Recall at Ford. Wonder why this company is struggling. I am sure they will blame the people who were let go. Maybe if we would produce a quality product that was innovative that we would not have these issues. But with the leadership here we all should worry about our jobs.

Sure I remember the Bronco, what about Misko's, did you also dine there?

Another day, another dollar, another beer. Anyone remember the old Bronco Bar, named after the 66 Bronco?

A recall is not necessarily a company's failure to deliver, but rather a preventitive and proactive step to ensure safety.

HOWEVER... a company's denial of wrongdoing and owning up to its mistakes... now that is something I'm all too familiar with!

I hated the whole experience of owning & maintaining my Fusion, and dealing with FoMoCo and dealerships about the Takata recall! Ford treats both employees and cutomers are just numbers!

Get it right, only a n00b company would do one recall...Ford did FOUR recalls today.

Did you ever hear about the City of Tomorrow initiative?

It could be because Ford is too focused on “Smart Mobility,” wasting hundreds of millions of dollars on failed bus service, shared bikes and scooters, instead of making building quality vehicles a priority. The people I know working in that group are clueless when it comes to figuring out how to make something profitable, other than their own employment. Sad.
