Dont blame management for this sh-- going on. Blame our members that we are supposed to care about when they could give a rat's a-- if we live or die as long as their instant savings come off. And for the media who can change a company around with one good report dragging them through the dirt. But they wont. No one is going to stand up for us. There will be no justice.

A company wide one day walkout should be scheduled. They cant fire everybody. It already seems like Sam's is going to be going down the drain.
I long for the day the members rise up and demand their beloved Polish back!!!!!

"There will be no justice." Bit dramatic. It's only a job, and not a very good one at that. So do it, don't do it. Stay, go. Whatever.
Management can not do the jobs that are being vacated! They can’t even do the ones they are supposed to do! just sayin
how well the clubs fare in this transition will be mostly on the shoulders of local management. and rightfully so. local managers for the most part are big big big waste of money.
Weak management is the problem. Any managers reading this can probably name at least 3 members of the management team (including leads) that have no business being in the position they are in. Favoritism is rampant. There are the little manager cliques that protect each other. You have RMs that have their sycophants that will never be let go despite being liabilities to the company.
Home office is chasing its tale and has no clue what’s happening at Club level.
You simpletons keep blaming home office and see how that works out for you.
Member and media feedback to the masses is the only hope we have to get ourselves out of this life of misery, poverty and over all class appearance.
I'm ashamed to say I work for Sam's club. More of you should be too.
I didn't realize it was the members sitting in home office telling them to have us all work with a skeleton crew, and to cut our hours. Thanks for opening my eyes.... 🙄
