Bankruptcy in imminent. Playing the blame game. Telling techs they need to get past thier ethics when facing customers. Putting thier/our future on a loopare test (vrs) that doesn't work. Verizon stopped using it for a reason obviously. Techs are spending more time keeping notes and texting the boss how many steps they've taking that day. Or when they stop to use the bathroom etc. Putting all attention on problems in the field that isn't their. Lieing to customers, techs, media etc.

Almost every customer is p-ss-d by time a tech makes it on site. They've had to jump through Hoops to get someone out to fix their dt, internet or TV. Always Expressing how rude the internal help desk was to them. Be told over and over if a tech comes out they will be billed.

And by God don't you dare attempt to downgrade the customer to a lower speed.

Techs are getting where they just dont give a f***.

Local supivisers have already made it to that point.

There's no meetings to discuss the plans etc.

**** the outside plants opinions, right?

Stock at $1.21 today. Down from around $84.00 in 2015. It'll probably be re-reverse-split again. Ever since Frontier laid me off, I'm rooting for its demise. But, sadly, Frontier reminds me of the failed Toys-R-Us. Their CEO refused to see the trends of the future and enter into a mutual deal with Amazon, As a result, he singlehandedly doomed the company, along with its tens of thousands of employees. They went looking for new jobs to pay their bills, while the CEO walked away with his golden parachute, already a millionaire. Unfortunately, the same will probably happen with McCarthy; he'll k--l the company, then retire to his gated mansion, leaving a company in ashes behind him.

1.21. Is that management teams goal to drive the company In the dirt?

Company Don't want to work together. Won't communicate. Just refuse to see the errors in your ways. Why are they still here? Working with a closed door policy is working tremendously.

Rumor out of Las Vegas is Century Link possibly buying California and Florida. I know for California there has been talk behind the scenes of Frontier and CWA having talks about removing the “no lay-off” clause in the current extended contract which is set to expire September 2020. The understanding is that California’s payroll is k--ling Frontier along with operation cost for that State. Century Link would come in and gut FIOS into a Data/Voice only service.

The technicians and supervisors alike Want to see success. Imo a better plan would be working together, without an outside source interfering with a business they truly don't know anything about. Working together to get everyone in a high moral with the same goal in mind. Putting bussiness back on track.

Sure. A company was hired to help frontier get operations in line and help eliminate debt. Well, two. They fired the first one not liking their plan of action.

Another was hired. Their plan of action sounded wonderful to management and was put into place with the comment behind it "we're going to make this work" sense the stock price has plummeted. We've watched customer after customer cancel.

Supivisers are fighting with techs, techs with techs, supivisers with supivisers. It's created an hostile work environment. Techs are leaving. Supivisers are leaving. Customers are leaving.

This plan made by a bunch of people looking at paper work. A company that couldn't tell you what tip and ring is. Bullying technicians and ignoring customers. Even to the point of telling techs to leave in the middle of a ticket with the customer waiting on you. No overtime. Sorry about your luck ma'am.

Pushing customers out week+ at a time. Bussiness, elderly. It don't make a difference. Creating a system to test tickets and clear them out. With customers complaining they've called in 2-3 plus times to get someone out. In some cases finding plant damage, cut cable to be the reason thier down. There's a neighborhood with two cut cables in it, iw temping customers and been sitting this way for 4-6 months. Just one example.

Im Just scratching the surface.

There's been no attempt by the company to make this a company effort.
