The fact that Ginni is a woman does not make her incompetent. But it might explain why she is still there. Hard politically to admit that your first female CEO is a disaster.
What the hell does being a female have to do with anything? Except to maybe show your own backwards attitudes ? Complain about the job someone is doing. Not their gender. And grow up.
Shame that once a company hires a female CEO they can not be fired, no matter what.
How much longer is Ginny going to be allowed to destroy IBM? Reminds me of Marissa Mayer and yahoo, she literally destroyed yahoo and nobody was allowed to say it out loud.

IBM is a VERY BIG dinosaur that has been descending into the proverbial tar pit for years now.
It's been known to be toxic and dead for quite some time. It's now just a big fat Ponzi scheme while the powers that be who have raided customers and retail stockholder wealth are blood brothers and sisters in trying to keep the scheme alive as long as they can, otherwise the truth would be an overnight disaster so the music drums on in inertia. Great read about the topic written by an ex IBMer a while ago and nothing has changed...important to embrace the days with "eyes wide open."
