Does telecommuting make it hard to connect with other folks at Verizon?

I am very disconnected. When they tell you to post in Instagram or post in the chat things where you live or what you do in spare time. It like creapy I'm east coast you live in places like Arizona, Ohio when I could be in GA or Tampa. It's not like we will go to a mutual party or meeting for lunch. Would you allow your kids to reveal family information or location with online gaming? ... Of course not! So it's the same thing. My coworkers are strangers. Just because we have a video chat & work for the same company doesn't mean we are friends.
You can reach out to your peers that you know, but Sups and SM's are people who you don't know and have never met..not like it used to be face to face...
Can be hard
Not hard to connect. I'm 100% remote and talk to people in the office everyday. And when I want to focus, I turn off jabber.
