How many cases do they have you all working on average per week? Ya’ like how some sales reps only have to throw maybe 200 a week tops while some have 1000-1500! They’re working my tail off and doing the same to my full timer. Meanwhile we still have to come save these useless part timers they keep bringing in.

I feel like I just wrote that! They are k–ling me and my full timer, 15 stores, other reps only have 9 stores. Oh yeah, I'm older...

4 days out???!!! That’s not much different than writing your Tuesday deliveries on Friday. Are you upset that there is no one to write that Tuesday order on a Sunday? I write 5 days (100-140 cases avg.) out and nail it every week. And all I’m given is a section no bigger than 3ft wide by 4ft tall for back stock.

It’s been a while, maybe 6 months or more. Only one left. I’m honestly not sure why they would think building some territories with order writers and some without would be equitable. Our management is so dumb it’s sad! A lot of people complained. I did! I had no OW and wrote all orders for mon and tues 4 days out when OW could write 48 out. Much easier!

Nothing this organization does makes any sense!

Our team eliminated all but one order writer. Don’t tell fake news person though, may upset them! iPads were all taken away!

The way territories were divided was never done with any type of equality. When MODs are available to sell in, say you have ten stores and someone else has 20....of you can sell two MODs per store, explain how there is equal earning potential? There’s not! And the fact they say territories are based on tenure and then geography....what If the person who has 10 stores has more tenure than the person with 20? Explain?

They run Mondelez like the Wild West and hope nobody can afford counsel. They bank on David vs. Goliath! Plenty of very smart attorney that will enjoy picking apart their unethical business practices. Seeing my DM in depositions....that would be a sight!! They will spend a week picking apart lies. See, once things leave the comfort of HR, it’s a whole different story with what will be a whole better ending for anyone who wishes to pursue!

It’s based on volume. A territory with say 11 accounts might not need one. Now add another 8-10 onto that... yeah an order writer would be needed to take the pressure off. Do the territories that have 2 FTOWs have one order writer that bounces between 2 territories?

Crazy how they created territories with such inequity that some have FT merchandisers and some don’t. Don’t need a brain to figure out the benefits to a FT over PT! Heck, we’ve got some territories that have two FT merchandisers and some have none

Field sales personnel will all be gone but a select few, to take pictures. You’ll have so many stores you’ll have little to no impact. Have a phone and a camera to track your every move....sounds like a lot of fun! No thanks! This job will be a stop gap, eventually these positions will be outsourced to brokers!

Mondelez will be a shell of what it looks like today, very soon! Quit hiding behind you car and phone, those are small potato’s in the big picture! You are being played so hard, your are really going to kick yourself!

The nice thing is with social media and easier access to other employees, people can share. This will make them think twice when things unravel. Keep good notes people! HR has to share ages and gender of any and all employee who is terminated in a mass layoff! Plenty of hungry attorneys that are willing to give great advice! Mondelez is a feeding ground.

Depend how old you are. If your over 50 you will work harder. If you’re younger and high potential your consider as royalty. Long tender employees are being over work hoping you will quit.

They built territories with such inequity! It’s easy to take a pie and divide it, it that hard to divide territories.

The best is territory realignments, reps dumping 10’s of thousands of $ on the territory they were leaving and management turning a blind eye. Ever been left with $10k or more of unsalable product and be expected to “eat it”? Hahahaha

The management is pathetic! When this ship crashes and burns they will have nobody else to blame but themselves! An average 2 yr old could tell you this is wrong.

Document everything.....EVERYTHING! The day will come!

Not saying we shouldn’t have to merchandise as SRs just irritate me to no end that some are treated like royalty while others have to actually work and hard not just fly in write orders and fly out

My sales rep has thrown in the towel minimum effort and plenty of time to catch a movie everyday. I would just do shelf orders helps you and your merchandiser the last thing u want is your merchandiser to walk which will happen soon
