Are you delusional? Great place to work? Carlos does not care about staff, just money for his pockets. Look at how many have been let go. Dont think you are safe just because he shook your hand. Do you think all that have been let go were poor employees, they were top performing employees. Take off the rose colored glasses

Straight from PR Newswire: "Please note that ADP no longer publishes its financial results over a news wire service. Instead, the results will be posted on the Investor Relations section of adp.com. The company will issue an alert over a news wire to indicate the earnings materials are publicly available, including a link to those documents."

Who does that? Seriously!

What that basically means is Carlos and his new CFO are trying to help control the news and financials that might otherwise get more scrutiny. These folks are feeling the pinch and desperate to keep the charades going at any cost!

Everyone working there (who isn't drinking the koolaid) should just bail out from this crazy ADP. Let the ship sink. Lol

I'm betting the post was from an off-shore employee. The opportunities and benefits might look good to non-US employees. Regardless, save your post. You may find that you need to eat it in a few years.

Very high turnover at the OneADP locations. Maitland I know is continually losing employees due to low pay.

LMAO. Guess who benefits from that share price, sure as heck isn't the folks doing the work and putting in 70 hours a week. It's the SVP and Carlos direct reports. What they offer now is a joke. They even stopped offering their stock as part of the 401k plan a few years back. If folks are lucky, they might still get their 2% merit, but no guarantee as it will be a system generated calculation. Got to love it. NOT.

OP,

Interesting but ineffective propaganda push for your beloved but on the ropes ADP. Stock price is definitely not the only way to judge a company. Read the posts on this site as to why the stock is so high.

ADP has morale and retention problems among its employees. Its clients are dissatisfied and many are leaving, a lot to ADP's competitors. And there are still layoffs on the horizon to try to radically save on labor costs.

A good company where new employees can build their future? Umm, no, not really. Not at all. Just don't get hit in the back by that revolving door of employees that are constantly leaving in disgust.

It is beyond me how you can apply so much lipstick and rouge to a deteriorating pig of a company that is on it's way out.
