Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I know of about 100 in the SE division and 120 in SW. Around 700 total - not to mention the hundreds of employees who have been fired for petty reasons over the past few months. Layoffs were addressed in MANY meetings in the company and we were always told by upper management that layoffs were "not an option; don't worry." BS!!
