Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I know that 2 of the people that were laid off did not have their degree. But they changed the policy and said only for the new hires after July of this past year needs to have their degrees. They are trying to avoid a lawsuit. They should of made them have their degrees before applying. I know people that work there that do not have their degrees and will not get them because they do not want to or do not beleive in the product.
