Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

LOL! That's kind of funny. What is even more funny is you think your job is important. EM's are overpaid puppets not leaders. If they are asked to step down to an EC role they will do it. I mean competencies? Really? Downsizing of enrollment will naturally downsize EM's. The role of an EM should change. They should be hitting the phones and actually leading! Talk about a waste of resources. "Let's have meetings every day and talk about competencies." What a joke! I guarantee if EM's start hitting the phones with tenacity then things will change within the teams. There is way to many chiefs and not enough indians. The whole "Do as I say, not as I do," is unacceptable and will not lead to success. You truly do not need a manager for every 10 people in this chaning of organization culture. EM's will not be eliminated entirely but many will have to step down to glorified team leads and start enrolling.
