Other- Just a heads up, please read your long post on the safe harbors. Merit based increases for performance are ok. There is no commission, there is no bonus, and there is no incentive pay. The safe harbors do protect performance based pay, though you're right UOP walks a fine blurry line, hence all the chaos and upheaval with the matrix. HOWEVER! NONE OF THAT NEGATES THE FACT THAT N EC'S JOB IS TO ENROLL STUDENTS. Period Point Blank. If you don't enroll-you will lose your job. How is that for a matrix? Enroll-kepp job. Don't Enroll-Fired. Simple. They can just start giving measly little 3-5% annual market increases and terminate all those who don't enroll students. Would you still have a job? Would you still want your job if that was the case? On a side note, I'm not a male. I wish everyone would quit assuming my gender. And for the last time I do not work at UOP, I am not an EM. I used to be associated with for-profit education. That is all.
