Things are worse by day here at BK. Restaurants are closing and a massive wave of layoffs at the corp offices is supposedly just about to start. Its very dismal environment right now... At the same time look at Mickey D - they turned things around, they food is better, their restaurants are cleaner - their DARN coffee tastes good and kids love it more than ever. When you think, all what they did last 10 years is not rocket science, but to run a fast food chain that's global you need to have executive managers who can actually execute something - here, we have a bunch of average guys who were not able to apply even moderate changes. Its time for them to go and for Burger King to be born again.
