one of these days this company will take care of there employees like they are constantly saying that are actually doing. If they really cared about the employee staff and their will to work there they (directors) would not consistantly move about like they could care less about anyone but themselves and their counterparts. After all - it's the line employees that make things go round - not the diretors who carelessly think they know.
