Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

At the Southfield Campus it appears that the pay-off method was used. We had a new president for about a year. During that year enrollments have been lower and lower, drops higher and higher, class periods are being eliminated, campus moral is in the basement, but I bet she's getting a bonus this year. The worst of it is that it was announced at the last faculty meeting that she was being promoted to a regional position. When I think of how hard our prior president had worked to serve our students and build staff teamwork it makes me sick to think that it can all be destroyed so quickly. If I had known that all it took to be a successful president was to get rid of a good chunk of your staff I would have applied for a president position long ago.
