Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Yes middle management (Senior Direcctors to Managers) are scared and clueless as to what to do. There was a recent article in The Chronicle of Higher Education stating all the the 'changes' happening at UPX. What UPX says it is doing to change does not match what is really going on. I know for a fact that enrollment advisors are being written up to low levels of talk time and not enough dials. So, yes people are not awarded for performance, now they are punished for lack of reaching out rageous numbers. There has to be an attorney in Phoenix willing to file a class action law suit against UPX. Someone PLEASE help!
