Will there be more layoffs in September 2011? P2 is in full swing and maybe this time they won't have to pay severence packages because of the advance notice on expectations? It would be nice to see Directors get a freakin clue that they aren't as indispensible as they think...in fact I am kind of curious what they even do? Maybe they could sit at a regular workers desk and see how they feel about the whole P2 process?
