Oh come on current employee! Let's face the facts, UNIV is a big load of rancid horseshit. UNIV has no homework and no expectations from the faculty. The most difficult challenge that UNIV gives it's students is how to download Microsoft Word. Wow! I understand the stress that UOP "leadership" whips on their subordinates. You do not have to defend them, also you can find a better job too. UOP (University of Profit) likes to lie to their employees by holding the horrible economy over them. There are better jobs just waiting for you. Leave them, and get you soul back.
