the happy hour sale on saturday was a huge sucess. we sold more jeans than planned, and it cleared a lot of xtra inventory we had. at $12.50 we had negative margins on the jeans, but it made the sales number we needed to hit. we need to do more things like that and really drive sales and stop being concerned with having high imu's. we just have too much old inventory, and we need fresh stuff, so we had to clear it out.
