If we don't need you to run the plant and you have another person doing the exact same job as you here,at stewart and in houston....get the f*** out....we need the workers to run the plant...not assholes ordering gloves, making paperwork and having meetings...get us running...we'll take care of the rest.
The cost cutting should start with the people who are doing the cutting. What are we paying those lawyers...the lady flying to houston..her expense account, flights, hotel room...hunter's 20k a day, the shiny office in houston, the HQ in stewart....the bathroom in the admin building, the stupid f***ing plants and shrubs infront of the building...we'll take you seriously when you stop the bullshit. How many gallons of light oil did we waste pumping down that system....the lack of communication and basic mgmt skills cost the plants and this company way more that the people do. How do we not get on when Indian point was off line for a week...we have opportunities to make money making power....let us do it and STOP PLAYING GAMES! WE WANT TO WORK!!! LET US WORK!!!
