Congrats on the offer from Liberty. Now comes the fun times... Liberty will gut, then either try to grow or use as a cash cow before re-packaging to sell B&N. Having gone thru it many times, it will not be fun, but if you can make it thru the several rounds of layoffs, you could find yourself sitting in a nice spot if they give you equity. No equity means you were better off getting fired.
