Why would you think the field would be protected from the chaos? We are the end recipients of all the stupid tests, spontaneous ideas, and brilliant strategies the executive team pulls out of thier asses. We are the ones in the empty stores because we can’t get merchandise, running our asses off in 10 different directions. Oh better yet, we are the one’s who get to hump merchandise around the district because we have no idea how to allocate at Charlotte Russe.
