Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

I love my DM, she reads this forum and we laugh at all the redundancy "blah blah the company sucks". My RM may not come to my store and build a denim wall but she'll give me advice on how to run my biz. Isnt that her job? ***I would like to get into the gossip circles w HR is that just a west coast thing? I haven't needed their help in a while. Oh and Who is the "cowboy DM"? what a great nickname! I had a DM who never had the answers to my questions, but it as because the answers didn't matter. My doors still opened I got the work done and made money. We kind of made it up as we went. Our jobs are easy. It's just hard work but if you can't get it all done it'll be there in the morning.
