People, any website that states specifically in the header that the information found within may not be accurate should tell you something. ANYONE can start rumor and gossip. Unfortunatly what happens is it hurts great people that are making a career of this or any company that that is turning its buisness around. So to all of you that posted rants about filings, uneducated people and other things, this is venimous and unfortunate. What happens with this retailer will be as with all retailers. I give the people who add hate mail to this as credible as the enquirer!
