You are all mean. None of you have any idea how hard the PEOPLE team and the rest of Jenny’s Old Navy-Gap people work. Do you really think it’s easy to get canned from your last company because you were ineffective and come to a new specialty retail company and screw it up? That takes a special team and leader! I mean, do you think writing checks for big fat sign on bonuses to people who are currently unemployed is easy? I mean, you have to hide the fact they are unemployed from Advent and make up positive accomplishments from their past. It takes hard work, team work, and commitment to build a team that run’s out of product, orders merchandise a homeless person would not wear, start up a “money eating” design team, and effectively drive 3 lay-offs of non-Old navy-Gap people, without a lawsuit. Oh wait, that may be coming. Let’s not forget, rolling out the amazing You in Review (replace CR with Old Navy). It came with a big bow and when you opened it, you got nothing! No bonus or a raise. Because clearly, its “the old CR employees” fault we are in is position! Shame on you old CR employees, all 7 of you!
