Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

I'm not sure who your "low level" keys are that you ate hiring or promoting but I can tell you this all of my keyholders are as talented and qualified as my ASM. We as a team are up double didgits YTD because they are all as good as one another. I've been with CR for over 4 years and have seen a lot of changes, some I agree with some I didn't. But I and I alone decide to stay here. No one is making you work fir CR of it's that bad to you then leave. But remember this every job, every company has things you will not like nor agree with so maybe you should take mine and my teams advise and don't look at the glass half empty look at it half full and then ask yourself what can I do to get it full again.
