Attention: At Peace ----- In theory, if one continues to better his or herself and grow personally and professionally, one will have a long career at UOP. However, the “Peter Principle” notes employees rise to his or her level of incompetence. So, as organizations get older the number of incompetent people at high levels increases until nearly the entire company is manned by incompetents – THE STATE OF UOP TODAY!!
