Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

I do have to say I am amazed Charlotte Russe is still in business after everything that has happened. They now have a lot more debt, so it will be tougher to be profitable. They also have a lot less support in the field (fewer DMs and RDs, and a lot less hours at the stores). I do know that if they do not close a significant amount of stores they will not be able to sustain their current situation, so I do think they made some of these layoffs early knowing they were going to close a lot of stores. There is no way they can stay in business unless they start comping up 30-50% - which is tough to do after 5 years of negatives. Bigger struggle may have been losing their customer when they went after the older woman... what a mistake, what was Jenny and Evelyn thinking.... a 10 year old can run this company better.
