The grass is greener on the other side! I left CR and found a company with RDs who respect their employees and know how to grow talent. Until I left, I never knew just how C level the CR RDs were. My district is up 57%. Amazing what an enviormemt with good leadership does. Oh, and we actually have HR people who leave their houses and return calls.
