I have never worked for a more unprofessional, disorganized and sad company in my 20 year retail career. CR doesn't care about their employees. The RD group have no discretion and the People team is a joke. If you think this company is not a sinking ship, you are wrong. Making comp does not mean they are profitable. Find another job before they close your store with one week notice. It has happened before and will happen again.
