Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

I have the same RD as "somewhere in the south" and yes we have an amazing RD, and an amazing DM. As far as running your store on 218 hours black Friday week you have no volume. All you need to do to get hours is drive volume and run a $150 sph. We have several stores in our district on 218 next week and not one of them are complaining they know it will be tough but they are being smart about scheduling and we all work together as a district and a region. Your going to go through tough weeks but as a good leader you pull on your boots roll up your sleeves and lead by example. If you have a good RD you'll have a good DM and in turn you'll be a good SM and your team will follow. If you don't have that I feel for you. Good luck to everyone next week as for me and my store we will take our 218 hours and rock it out next week.
