All these people do is sit around on conference calls and talk crap. How about actually working! Yes " people team" and some RD's, because RD 's are absent I'm workplace DM are taking advantage of it too now. The SM and support team are out here busting our asses! Now I'm told I have to do my self review! it better come with a raise for me and my team!
