Yes maybe, but I highly doubt it! They probably have hired a buddy of a buddy because they owe a favor or are stuffing a family members pocket just Like they must be doing with the health care and all the vendors they use. My resume is ready to go and thanks to Dynegy it is an impressive one! I also think that PSEG has deeper pockets than Dynegy and have a whole group of young snappy lawyers working for them that are going to make a name for themselves. I know local 320 does. Uncle Carl also seems to be losing his golden touch. Lost Battle is right you should update your resume but don’t give up just yet. The law is the law but I don’t think even Dynegy knows what is going to happen next .
