Open and closing store will not make a difference if we are selling garbage and once again, lost our girl. Old navy buyers have no eye for fashion. Old navy allicators have no idea how to get the right amounts to the stores. Old navy "people" team have no idea how to run effective HR and talent growth, and then there's Old Navy communication, no hope. Lastly the RDs, How about getting them a real leader so they have the much needed leadership they need.
