Everything corporate sucks! All the good people there have left or are going to leave. No one can make up their mind in what promo to run, change windows 3 times a week, nasty merchandise it's like working at G+G (they closed down for a reason) luckily my team is good that we are able to squeeze out LY but trust me that is NO thanks to home office making any smart choices. I've made my own business decisions hoping they'd pay off based on customer feed back in my store. I wish I didn't love my DM so much because I'm dying to put my great talent to use else where. Just lose the egos at home office listen to the field (we are the ones living this every day) and help us help you.
