Generally once you are laid off, or fired you can pay for and get cobra benefits. The basic health insurance is about $600 per month, dental about $30...Remember now a days you don't get laid off, it is considered a termination. Don't take a voluntary lay off, as it will affect your unemployment. Benefits terminate once you are laid off or fired. As far as the actual policy, CCI can do what ever they want, and their policy seems to change quite a bit.
