F21 is the Wal-Mart of trend clothing. People hate Wal-Mart, but still shop there because of how cheap it is and because they have everything. Not to mention that F21 is faster on trends, and has better merchandise. Lately our merchandise has been terrible. I don't view either us or F21 as customer oriented, so that is a wash. But customers expect a small store like CR to be customer oriented, but they don't expect that with F21, so I think we are letting down our customer. I wish we had more money for payroll.
