I find it interesting that so many lay offs are happening yet management tells us how wonderful the company is doing. At our campus administrative jobs are being axed, and those people are not being replaced (yea), good instructors get fired, and the ones that can be manipulated, and are as bright as burned out light bulbs stay. Apparently honesty and integrity is not one of their policies.
