Behavior that unreasonably disrupts another person in his or her work because of
that person’s race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, military status,
disability, sexual orientation, genetic information, national origin is
harassment. A pattern of behavior that harms, intimidates, offends, degrades or
humiliates an employee, or group of employees, is workplace bullying. There is
a good deal of overlap between harassment and workplace bullying. Harassment
can even be part of a bullying scenario. Each of us has the right to be free from
improper or offensive conduct at work. Unwelcome, insulting, or offensive
remarks or actions have no place at Dynegy.
