Bonuses and raises?I don't give two shits about what management says-propaganda BS. My raise was a joke. My boss didn't appreciate all the work I did to make my boss look good. I wonder what the upper management gave themselves. And they expect us to be happy and WANT to be here? Sucks to be told just take crap or leave. We are all At-Will. They know they've got us trapped because there are no jobs out there.
