If you read the reports, about the only sector doing ok, is the on line division. They have been terminating employees since last year.
Very few employees got raises at our facility, many were let go for BS reasons, and their termination really had nothing to do with failing product tests, etc. They pretty much got rid of anyone with a degree.
As far as CCI's actions, I believe what you see them do now is a result of their greed.
