losing people through attrition is definately allowing the "layoff's" to take a back seat. Corporate doesn't have to deal with it as long as people decide to leave for better opportunities ....and better opportunities is the word to discover. They all leave saying thanks for the degrees... but I would rather work somewhere else. How is that possibly a good thing. Please get a life folks. Or maybe figure out why Apollo is not the Employer of Choice. And ...when push comes to shove - the media will know what takes place over the next 12 months.
