If you look at Corinthian statements : 1. 4 Heald Campuses were sold off for $40 million and being leased back at $3.5 million a year. 2. Everest is up for sale in San Jose, CA. 3. Everest and some Heald Colleges are no longer eligible for California Financial Aid grants because of SB70 prohibiting aid to schools with high Federal student default loan rates.
