Whoever posted that about down talking the store managers, you are a sad excuse for a human being! This just goes to show you all how the corporate office looks at the field. I made the best decision walking away from cr. I only hope and pray the majority of you get a better job that appreciates you like I have. Cr is filled with great talent that deserves more. You just don't know it because you've been molded to think it's acceptable to work under those conditions. Don't give up on retail leaders in the stores, I promise you the grass is greener on the other side.
