As previously said, cover you butt at all times. My attendance roster kept coming up missing. I made copies of each and every one, and even took a picture of the roster in the education box (CCI had no clue of this). I was confronted about the missing roster (again). I listened to them threaten me with write ups, etc. (again).
I let them make an ass of them self, then simply opened my cell phone, pulled up the picture, showed it to administration, and said, "You mean this roster". Administration’s mouth dropped, and faces got red. I definitely caught them on this one. Long story short… I never was bothered with the missing roster again.....
I turned all of my documentation into the unemployment agency. There was so much documentation, pictures etc., CCI had no chance.
Document folks, if you need it and you have it great. If you need it and you have nothing, you’re screwed
