The sales staff caused a majority of the problems facing the company now by lying to potential students. If we had sales personnel who were competent enough to sell the product AND tell the truth, it would be happy sailing. Most CCi adjuncts also teach at "real" colleges we do know more about higher education than the salespeople generally realize.
