Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Exactly SSP is nothing but a load of nonsense. They do not train on product knowledge at all. Advisors know how to talk to students and provide customer service. The directors do not listen to the employees at all b/c if they did they would understand why enrollments are down. The system they use to direct leads to correct departments is a complete failure...calls are routed incorrectly 90% of the time..and they wonder why enrollments are low. But I guess it is easier for them to continue to blame the employees who are trying their best. Wake up and listen to your employees.
