I must stay - Great Job "just another employee"..you nailed it really - I oftentimes have wondered myself what they paid the whole SSP outside corporation to train us on something they know absolutely nothing about and...and the directors/managers...remember they don't pick up the phones either - they just constantly want to say "let's role play"...OMG. Really.
