They think by getting rid of low paid instructors who work "part time" but put in full time hours, this is cutting the fat. I agree with last poster, get rid of those steak eaters, and leave the hot dog eaters alone.
Our DOE, sits on her big butt, and admited, "If I had to teach a class, I would not begin to know what to do", really, your the DOE, with a masters in education (probably from CCI, or some other on line school). Again, its numbers, so administration does what they have to do to get them, even if they keep students on the roster for weeks after the have dropped (and still collect their money). Or better yet, fudge the grades of ATB students so they pass.
It all looks good for administration,but soon or later it comes back, and when it does it will bite them right where they sit.
