Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I was a loyal and faithful employee at UOP for 4 years. I was recently promoted through the new career progression. I thought this promotion would be better.....not really. I was micro managed even worse AND I was a higher performer. Even worse, I was getting treated the same if not worse as those who were there to collect a paycheck. Of course, these people could just throw people into classes and never talk to them again. It all BS that it is not about numbers. It was getting too ridiculous. I could go on and on. However, I am now with a state University and LOVE the environment. This is how it should be.
