Thread regarding Community Health Systems Inc. layoffs

The trouble at CHS that I have seen is the middle management at the company. They seem to hire friends and family instead of qualified people (education/experience). Of the few projects that use a project plan, it is sloppily made and turned in late by the manager/director. I have seen directors make a plan and assign tasks and resources that have nothing to do with the project at hand. Instead of blaming the staff on the front line (who are only following their managers directions), CHS needs to bring in some properly educated/experienced management to straighten things out.
